A minimum of 24 credits for students graduating in 2019, 2020 and 2021 are required for graduation in the following areas:


English Language Arts: 4
Mathematics: 4
Science (Earth and Space Science, Biology, and 1 Additional Science): 3
Social Studies (World Studies, US Studies, Contemporary Studies, and Civics): 4
Physical Education: 1
Health: 1
Fine Art (Dance, Music - Vocal or Instrumental, Theatre, or Visual Arts): 1
Unrestricted Electives: 2
Personalized Education Plan (PEP): 4

A minimum of 22 credits  for students graduating in 2022 and beyond are required for graduation in the following areas:

English Language Arts: 4
Mathematics: 4
Science (Earth and Space Science, Biology, and 1 Additional Science): 3
Social Studies (World Studies, US Studies, Contemporary Studies, and Civics): 4
Physical Education: 1
Health: 1
Fine Art (Dance, Music - Vocal or Instrumental, Theatre, or Visual Arts): 1
Personalized Education Plan (PEP): 4

  
Minimum Requirements for WV Four-Year Colleges/Universities:

 
English - 4 Units (including courses in grammar, composition, and literature)
Mathematics - 4 Units (3 units must be Algebra I or higher)
Science - 3 Units (all courses must be college preparatory lab sciences, preferably units in biology, chemistry, and physics)
Social Studies - 3 Units (including US History)
Arts - 1 Unit
World Language
 - 2 Units (2 courses of the same world language)
