Service Academy Summer Seminars

Anyone interested in applying for a Service Academy Appointment should attend an information session on Service Academy Summer Seminars on 29 Jan 2019 (Tuesday) in Port 5 during Cougar A.  This is open to all students in any grade.  Registering for/attending Summer Seminars is an extremely important part of eventual consideration for a Service Academy Appointment, and this session will familiarize students with the process.

PT

PT next week will be on Weds, 23 Feb due to the Blood Drive.

Military Ball Music

If you would like to request a song to play at the military ball request sheets are now available in all ports. You may request any song you would like as long as you include the title and artist. These sheets will be taken down Friday, February 8th.

Military Ball Guest Tickets

Upper Classmen have exclusive access to purchase Military Ball Guest Tickets until 25 Jan 2019.  Tickets are $25 each.  You may not purchase a guest ticket if you have not paid your Activity Fee in full.  If your guest does not attend Jefferson High School, you must complete a Guest Form.  The Guest Forms are located in the Cadet Resource Center.

Starting 28 Jan 2019, First Year Cadets may purchase tickets (if your Activity Fee is paid in full) on a first-come, first-served basis until we have sold out.

Military Ball Chaperones

Parents and Guardians!  We need your help in Chaperoning this year's Military Ball.  Please see the chaperone letter posted in the Cadet Resource Center for details.  The letter will also be sent out in Livegrades and via Remind.

Senior Plans

Senior Plans forms will be distributed to all seniors from your instructor. These forms are for the Senior recognition ceremony at Military Ball. An example of how to fill out this form can be found in the cadet resource center. If you are a senior and do not have an escort for the Sabre Arch, write N/A for that part of the form. All forms are due by Friday, February 1st to the KHAS Commanders Mailbox. If you do not have an escort yet it is crucial to turn your form in early so Corps Management has time to find you an escort. If you have any questions or concerns contact any member of Corps Management.

Military Ball Dress Code

All Upper Class Flight Commanders should review the "Military Ball Dress Code" document found in the Cadet Resource Center with their Flights.
